Returns
Our return policy is 15 days from your receipt of the product(s). The product(s) must be in new condition with original packaging and purchased at the full/regular retail price (i.e., product(s) purchased at rates below the full/regular retail price cannot be returned for a refund). You will need to email our customer service at atyourservice@revelryhome.com to receive an RA number in connection with a return. You will also be responsible for shipping the product back to us at your expense. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge a 10% restocking fee at our discretion.
Refunds
Once your return is received, inspected and approved for return by us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received (and inspected) your returned product(s). If we deem your return eligible for a refund after our inspection (assuming your return otherwise complies with our policies), we shall refund the purchase of product(s) accepted for return (less any restocking fee, if applicable) by crediting your original method of payment. The refund process takes approximately 30 days from our inspection and acceptance of the product(s) after they are received by us.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the estimated time period, first check the statements pertaining to your original method of payment once again.
Then contact your bank or payment vendor with respect to your original method of payment, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Products
Only full/regular retail priced product(s) are eligible for return and refund in accordance with (and subject to) our policies. Product(s) purchased below the full/regular retail price (i.e., at sale prices) cannot be returned for a refund. If product(s) purchased at below full/regular retail prices (i.e., at sale prices) are defective or damaged prior to shipping, you may be eligible to replace the product(s) for the same product(s) subject to our Replacement terms below.
Replacements
We only replace product(s) if they are defective or damaged prior to shipping and you notify us in writing to that effect within 15 days of your receipt of the product(s). If you seek to exchange and replace defective or damaged product(s) within 15 days of your receipt send us an email at atyourservice@revelryhome.com, specify the nature of the defect or damage, and request receipt of an RA number. Any product(s) purchased below the full/regular retail price (i.e., at sale prices) may only be replaced (i.e., no refunds) provided the replacement otherwise complies with our policies.
Gifts
If product(s) were designated as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, and such product(s) are otherwise eligible for return and refund in accordance with our policies, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return (less any restocking fee, if applicable). Once the returned product(s) are received, inspected and approved by us in accordance with our policies, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the product(s) were not designated as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver (i.e., original purchaser) had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, and the product(s) are otherwise eligible for a return and refund in accordance with our policies, we will send a refund to the gift giver (i.e., original purchaser) and notify them of your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product(s) in accordance with our policies, you should email our customer service at atyourservice@revelryhome.com to receive an RA number. We will provide you with a mailing address for your product(s) at that time provided that your request otherwise complies with the terms of our policies. If we have reason to believe that your request does not otherwise comply with our policies (e.g., because you are seeking to return or replace product(s) outside of the stated time periods required), we reserve the right to decline requests for RA numbers.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product(s) to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive product(s), we suggest that you consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned product(s) and we are not responsible for any damage to product(s) in shipping.
Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify, amend, suspend and/or terminate our Return, Refund and Replacement Policy at any time (and from time-to-time) in our sole discretion. Any purchases made on our website following the date whereupon we have made any modifications, amendments, suspensions and/or terminations to our Return, Refund and Replacement Policy will be deemed to constitute your acceptance of any such modifications, amendments, suspensions and/or terminations and your purchase will be governed by the version of the Return, Refund and Replacement Policy then in place on the date of your purchase.
